2. Step 1: Plain neutral packaging
Every parcel is dispatched in a sturdy, unbranded bubble mailer or rigid letterbox carton. The exterior bears no shop logo, chemical terminology, or hazard markings. The shipping label displays only recipient details and the neutral commercial sender name HB Logistiek.
3. Step 2: PostNL letterbox delivery without signature
Our packages adhere strictly to PostNL standard letterbox dimensions (maximum 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm). The postal carrier slides the shipment directly through your mail slot. No signature is requested and you do not need to be at home to accept delivery.
4. Step 3: Confidential payment channels
Orders can be paid through standard trusted banking methods or privacy preserving crypto rails. Transactions through prepaid gift cards show a neutral payment descriptor. For total anonymity, we support Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), and Tether (USDT).
5. Step 4: Same day dispatch before 17:00 CET
Orders submitted and confirmed before 17:00 CET on business days are processed and handed over to PostNL on the same calendar day. Delivery within the Netherlands typically completes on the next working day. Orders of 50 EUR or more qualify for free postal delivery.
